Tokyo Convention Hall in Tokyo’s Central Business District is the perfect location for all event organizers and attendees.

Tokyo Convention Hall is conveniently located within walking distance of Tokyo Station, the main hub station of Tokyo. This prime location is one of our biggest advantages. Our main clients are not only event organizers of conferences, annual meetings , as well as symposia, but also exhibitors for tradeshows and events. We have a diverse variety of meeting spaces and halls, and we are committed to offering excellent service at every stage, from planning to event operations.

Conferences, Symposia, Meetings, and Seminars

Our 477-square-foot main hall can be divided into two halls, enabling us to accommodate small- to mid-size academic conferences, symposia, and public forums. Our main hall can seat up to 500 guests for theater-style meetings and receptions and up to 270 for classroom-style presentations. A maximum of 9 medium and small sized rooms are also available for a wide range of meetings, including a small hall for multipurpose events.
